Discharge from Wardship

Applications for discharge from wardship will be governed by High Court Practice Direction 120 and will require applicants to complate High Court Form WOC2.

Applications will be made by Notice of Motion and Grounding Affidavit. The content and required supporting documentation will depend on whether it is (a) discharge simpliciter, (b) discharge with Decision-Making Assistant, (c) discharge with Co-Decision-Maker, or (d) discharge with Decision-Making Representative.

There is a certain amount of data duplication across the required documentation and it is clear, already, that a document preparation service will be of benefit in this field.
