MyGovID required to use DSS services
The Decision Support Service has published a news article on its website that indicates users will need a MyGovID.

We are delighted to announce the launch of AssistedDecisions.ie – a centralised information resource for Irish practitioners in the Assisted Decision-Making field.
26 April announced as commencement date for ADM legislation.
26 April 2023 has been selected for the the full commencement of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.
