Court Forms

There is one High Court Form (WOC2) to accompany HC Practice Direction 120.

Forms 55A, 55B, 55C, 55E, 55F, 55G and 55H have been published, but 55D (Affidavit of Service) and 55I (Grounding Affidavit) are awaited as of 27 April 2023. Visit page.
